Bovay's expertise is also in MEP design work for large facilities like stadiums and arenas and has subsequently completed a number of projects for major sports facilities all around the country. In 2003, Bovay completed the MEP work for the Toyota Center located in Downtown Houston, the home to the Houston Rockets. Bovay also specializes in the MEP work for larger facilities like Houston’s iconic George R. Brown Convention Center. Bovay completed a number of elements such as: ADA, Energy Management System requirements, HVAC, Electrical, Life Safety, Fire Protection, Architectural (Interior) Plumbing, Asbestos/Lead Paint, and Special Equipment.
